Do you coach online?
Ashley has been coaching worldwide online since 2010 through Zoom and other platforms, which makes it convenient, accessible and just as effective as in-person classes.
Do you offer coaching near me?
Ashley offers in-person classes near Stroud in Gloucestershire, UK, but also online worldwide.
How long are coaching sessions?
Each coaching session is 50 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
After the assessment in the first session Ashley will tell you exactly how many sessions you’ll need to achieve your objectives. Typically, clients have between 5 and 15 coaching sessions.
How often should I book coaching sessions?
Most clients see Ashley once every two weeks, so they have time to absorb the learning and practice - but not so much time that they lose motivation. However, you can book as frequently as you want based on your schedule and budget.
Do you offer coaching on evenings and weekends?
Ashley offers online coaching:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 7.45am to 9.30pm UK time
Saturdays 8am to 1pm UK time
Ashley offers in-person coaching near Stroud:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8.45am to 2.30pm UK time
Saturdays 11am to 1pm UK time
Do you offer coaching for children?
Ashley usually works with adults over 18 years old, but depending on the circumstances he has offered coaching to 15, 16 and 17 year olds. For younger people, Ashley can recommend an associate who is experienced, trustworthy and personable.
